Our Story

American Flag Backlit

How It All Began

In Grand Junction, Colorado, a group of dedicated individuals founded The Steadfast Valor Foundation on June 18, 2024. Our mission is simple yet profound: to recognize the courage and sacrifices of veterans by organizing impactful events that unite communities and foster gratitude.

Led by Courtney Webb, a veteran herself, the foundation was inspired by her military background and the stories of fellow veterans. Courtney, along with Anthony Lee, Lindsey Wiltse, and Brandi Johnson, formed the initial board of directors, each bringing unique skills and a strong commitment to the cause.

Before founding The Steadfast Valor Foundation, Courtney organized several successful Vietnam Era Veteran Pinning Ceremonies through Raven & Wolf Benefits. These ceremonies highlighted the importance of recognizing and honoring veterans, and laid the groundwork for the foundation’s mission.

As we prepare for our first events, the excitement is building. Our upcoming community-centered ceremonies aim to honor veterans' bravery and provide a platform for the community to express their appreciation. These events are designed to bring people together, fostering a sense of connection and gratitude.

Guided by our core values of Honor, Community, Gratitude, Integrity, and Commitment, The Steadfast Valor Foundation is ready to make a meaningful impact. We look forward to honoring service and celebrating our heroes, building lasting bonds within the community and ensuring that veterans feel respected and appreciated.
